Parlo per esperienza, possiedo un navigon 1310, differenze con 3310 minime, in particolare il tmc su 3310 non ce, guarda il sito della navigon. La navigon è tanto fumo e poco arrosto. Per farla breve, se potessi cambiare il mio navigon 1310 con un'altra marca lo farei subito.
Problemi di:
gestione pdi -- non puoi inserirne di nuovi
autovelox -- servizio in abbonamento
-- solo postazioni fisse (18000 postazioni in 26 nazioni)
-- non puoi inserirne di nuovi (che siano fissi o mobili)
indicazioni di svolta non sempre precise

Ti consiglierei Tomtom, ma anche per questo modello ci sono i pro e i contro:
il map share funziona solo per un anno con la rispettiva mappa presente nel navigatore, dopo questo anno se non compri la nuova mappa puoi scordartelo di usarlo.
